- Is there, or will there ever be an Android version?
- No.
- How do I report an issue, bug, or crash?
- If you are experiencing an issue, bug, or crash, first of all: sorry for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Vyyz,
and software running on your iPhone or Apple Watch is also up to date. If your issue persists, please send a screenshot or a screen recording
via email to help investigate.
Features
- Is Vyyz available in my language?
- The initial version supports English. Translations to more languages will be added in subsequent updates. You can send an
email to request yours!
- I have an Accessibility problem, can you help?
- I’ll do my best. Vyyz already incorporates many of Apple’s robust accessibility
features: Voice Over, Voice Control, Reduced Motion and others. If you come across a missing or confusing Voice Over label, or have any suggestions, please
feel free to send an email.
- Why does Vyyz need access to Health?
- It is completely optional. But, if you enable Apple Health integration, Vyyz can (with your explicit permission) write water intake data to Apple Health,
and read water intake data from Apple Health, logged there manually or by other apps.
- Does Vyyz have access to my location? If yes, why didn't it ask for permission?
- Vyyz does not have access to your actual location. Your time zone is used as an approximation, but time zones can cover huge areas, and weather can be very
different in New York and Miami, for example. If you wish to receive more relevant and accurate weather-based notifications, you can select a nearby city from a pre-loaded list.
- Can I use App Store Family Sharing with Vyyz?
- We have not enabled family sharing for Vyyz yet, for privacy considerations. If you want to give your family members access, send
an email to request it, and it may be included in a future update.
